Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of EpicTexting (epictexting.app), including the web app, the EpicTexting app for ChatGPT, and the Google Sheets add-on, run by Indianappguy Tech Pvt Ltd, India. By using EpicTexting you agree to them.

1. The service

EpicTexting sends SMS through your own Twilio account. Twilio delivers the messages and bills you for them directly. EpicTexting is not affiliated with Twilio.

2. Acceptable use

• Only text people who have agreed to hear from you. Honour opt-outs such as STOP.
• No spam, phishing, harassment, illegal content, or anything that breaks Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy or carrier rules (including US A2P 10DLC registration).
• You are responsible for every message sent from your account, including messages you approve in ChatGPT or another AI assistant.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

3. Plans and billing

The free plan includes 100 texts a month. Paid plans raise the monthly limit and renew monthly until cancelled. Twilio charges are separate and are owed to Twilio.

4. AI assistants

When connected, an AI assistant can send texts for you, and EpicTexting tells it to confirm each send with you first. Check recipients and wording before you approve. We are not responsible for messages you approve.

5. No warranty and limited liability

EpicTexting is provided “as is”. Delivery depends on Twilio and on mobile carriers. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
